Synergy, sports and entertainment marketing agency, has promoted Lisa Parfitt to managing director.
In her new role Parfitt will be responsible for key operations including people and culture, skills and resourcing. She will continue to lead several Synergy accounts and to oversee Synergy’s experiential division.

Lisa joined Synergy in 2003 from the Ladies European Tour and moved into brand marketing after working with the Tour’s family of sponsors at two Solheim Cups. Lisa has 15 years’ experience of advising major brands across sports and entertainment properties, specialising in the creative development and delivery of integrated activation campaigns.
Most recently Lisa has been the strategic and creative agency lead on the SSE sponsorship of The SSE Women’s FA Cup and leads Synergy’s women’s sport work.
