Pepsi has launched a multi-platform competition as part of its top-tier sponsorship of the ICC World Twenty20 competition, which starts this weekend.
Players who enter on-pack codes on Pepsi’s Max It For £1Million campaign site or via an SMS shortcode can win daily prizes of £10,000 or £1,000 every time a six is scored during the tournament.
The campaign also includes a desktop widget providing ball-by-ball scores for every Twenty20 game, written commentary, cricket news and fixture information.
Alastair Macmichael, group account director at GraphicoDMG, which developed the campaign, said: ‘Our strategy includes carrying supporters with us throughout the World Twenty20 series this summer with generous prize draws, opportunities to share with mates and interactive games offering chances to win tickets to later matches and different venues within the series.’
