The Boodles tennis tournament has announced champagne house Perrier-Jouët as its official champagne partner, ahead of this year’s event later this month.
The Boodles, held the week prior to Wimbledon from 21st – 25th June at Stoke Park, Buckinghamshire hosts some of the world’s most exciting tennis stars for five days of competition.
The champagne house joins The Boodles on a multi-year deal and in addition to providing refreshment in the Perrier-Jouët marquee, The Pavilion, the champagne house will have a dedicated champagne lawn in The Boodles gardens this year. Visitors will be able enjoy games such as table tennis on the lawn, whilst a bespoke Perrier-Jouët champagne van and photo booth will offer a pause from the tennis action.
Patricio Apey, founder and tournament director of The Boodles said: “It is with great pleasure that we welcome Perrier-Jouët to The Boodles family. Champagne is an integral ingredient of a day at The Boodles and Perrier-Jouët will provide our guests with the very best.”
Hamish Millar, senior brand manager at Perrier-Jouët commented: “We are proud to be the official champagne partner for The Boodles 2016, uniting in celebration with the world’s tennis elite during this prestigious occasion. With a rich heritage inspired by the Art Nouveau movement, our aim is to bring beauty to everyday life, and we have endeavored to reflect this within the remarkable garden design at The Boodles. We look forward to raising a glass with esteemed guests and tennis elite, and toast in celebration to the imminent summer of glorious tennis at The Boodles.”
