Professional Game Match Officials (PGMOL) have announced a new multi-year partnership with global sports company PUMA.

The multi-year agreement has seen PUMA become the official kit partner of PGMOL and supply high-performance apparel to match officials in both the men’s and women’s professional game pathways.

Officials operating in the Premier League, EFL, National League and WSL Football competitions will all wear the new match and training kit from the start of the 2025/26 season.

The new kit has been designed to reflect the evolving landscape of the modern game.

The announcement has followed PUMA’s new partnership with the Premier League, which included the introduction of the new official match ball.

Howard Webb, PGMOL Chief Refereeing Officer, said, “This multi-year agreement with PUMA will provide our officials with high-performance sports apparel for many years, recognising the pride and professionalism they display every time they step onto the pitch at a progressive time for refereeing.

Officials are an essential part of the game – without them, we have no competition. This new era of refereeing is all about delivering excellence now and inspiring the next generation for the future, and we’re excited to bring that to life with PUMA.”
