Football DataCo, the company that represents the data rights of the Premier League and the EFL, has partnered with US sports performance analysis and scouting firm Hudl.
This three-season agreement spans 2024–25 through 2026–27 and covers the Premier League; Championship; League One; League Two; EFL Cup; and EFL Trophy.
The agreement will see audiovisual content from the licensed competitions made available on Hudl-owned Wyscout, the world’s largest database of football video and data.
Hudl, which acquired Wyscout in 2019, will grant access to hundreds of Premier League and English Football League matches via the platform, offering insights and statistics to clubs, coaches, and scouts.
Daniel Horlock, Hudl’s Director of Rights and Partnerships, said, “This agreement with Football DataCo will mean we can continue to host their competitions on the Wyscout platform. Access to some of the best leagues in the industry will help us further our mission to support the development of coaches, athletes and analysts at every level.”

Football DataCo was formed in 2001 by the professional football leagues in England and Scotland to protect, market and commercialise their official match related data. Working with the Premier League, EFL, SPFL and a series of partners, Football DataCo oversees the collection, management and distribution of the League’s official event and performance data worldwide.
Adrian Ford of Football DataCo, said, “Analysis of matches and players is an essential part of the ecosystem for football performance departments of clubs throughout the world.
“Making our content available for official use to a valued partner like Hudl supports sharing and provides for better decision-making.”
