The Premier League has penned a three-year extension of its Spain and Portugal broadcast rights partnership with DAZN, which will now run until the end of the 2027/28 season.
DAZN first acquired the English top-flight’s exclusive rights in Iberia when the London-based media company launched in 2019.
The deal covers all 380 fixtures throughout the Premier League season, which will be available both live and on-demand on the subscription platform.
DAZN will additionally offer highlights, interviews and analysis content.

In Spain, DAZN will broadcast five games on each matchday on 35 of the 38 fuxture rounds, as well as offering Serie A coverage.
The streaming giant’s subscribers in Portugal meanwhile have access to the UEFA Champions League, Europa League and Conference League, in addition to LaLiga and Bundesliga games.
DAZN’s growing roster of European football coverage includes domestic broadcast rights to the Bundesliga, Serie A, and Ligue 1 in their respective home markets of Germany, Italy and France.
“We are delighted to extend until 2028 the close partnership we started in 2019 with the Premier League and further expand the reach of the competition in Spain, which has grown steadily in audiences and interest in the past years,” said Bosco Aranguren, Managing Director at DAZN Spain.
“Our constant investment in technology allows us to evolve and enrich the experience we offer to fans, making us both the perfect partner for rightsholders and the destination of choice for sports fans globally.”
