The Premier League has sealed a $560m (£436m) broadcast rights deals will Thai telecom carrier Jasmine International PLC.
According to Bloomberg, the company is attempting to attract viewers to its streaming service by securing the exclusive rights for live Premier League and FA Cup football.
The three-season deal, which starts in 2025, covers Thailand, Laos and Cambodia according to a filing to the Stock Exchange of Thailand late Monday.
It also claims that the contract can be extended to as long as six seasons.
The agreement is valued at $233m (£181), with the payment rising to $560m (£436m) if the extension option materialises.

Jasmine did face competition from incumbent rights holders TrueVisions. The Thai broadcaster confirmed it submit a ‘competitive’ bid for the 2025-28 rights cycle but was outbid.
TrueVisons will now lose Premier League rights from May.
Following the news, Jasmine shares advanced as much as 8.4% in Bangkok.
