English Football League (EFL) Championship football club Queens Park Rangers (QPR) has announced a new partnership with Off The Pitch, which will see the football data and analytics platform become the club’s official football finance data partner until the end of the 2023/24 season.
Off The Pitch will provide QPR with a full range of analytics tools, including financial data, on over 262 clubs and access to market data on transfers and expected transfer fees.
The partnership aims to give the London-based club a better basis of managing its player assets.
Ruban Ghandi, QPR’s Finance Director, said, “We are excited to partner with Off The Pitch, whose analytics tools will help us optimise our activities in both the transfer market and business development.”
“Off The Pitch is the perfect choice for us as their understanding of critical football business data is second to none.”
Mads Meisner Christensen, Co-Founder and CEO of Off The Pitch, added, “We are proud to work closely with a club like QPR, who have a rich history in English football and a forward-thinking strategy.”
“Like 99% of European football clubs, they are highly dependent on success in the transfer market, and we are glad that another club understands that multimillion-pound decisions cannot be taken on a gut feeling.”
