British horse racing body Racing Enterprises has launched a website called Lovetheraces.com, as part of a new digital campaign to boost awareness of the sport among a wider audience.
??The activity is the latest in a line of initiatives set up to attract larger crowds to the sport, after ‘Racing for Change’ offered fans free entry to courses earlier this year.??
The new site aims to recreate the experience of a day at the races and demonstrates the social element of racehorse meets, fans can then share links through social media platforms.??
The site will also include a beginner’s guide to racing, in a bid to attract new fans, and will feature photos taken from high-profile racing events.??
Racing Enterprises appointed digital agency Rippleffect to launch the site and has employed former contestant on the BBC’s Apprentice James McQuillan as a brand advocate for the campaign.
