Andrea Radrizzani has completed his takeover of Leeds United, following his purchase of 50% of the club in January.
The Italian businessman has now purchased the final 50% stake in the Championship club and ends Massimo Cellino’s three-year spell as the club’s owner.
Radrizzani will take Cellino’s role as chairman and, according to reports, he is looking to extend Garry Monk’s managerial contract with the club.
Cellino, 60, took control of the club in April 2014 and has since sacked six head coaches, prompting criticism from fans.
The former Cagliari owner was also banned by English football’s authorities three times during his tenure at Elland Road.

Radrizzani said of the news: “I am delighted to have the opportunity to become a custodian of this great football club.
“The heritage and history of Leeds United attracted me to the club and having spent time at games and at Thorp Arch, I can see that we are ready to move forward to the next level.
“This is a long-term commitment. There is a lot of hard work ahead of us and I am aware of my responsibilities as owner of Leeds United. I can assure all supporters that everyone at this club will be doing all we can to build a successful team at Elland Road.”
