Scottish football giants Rangers have reported a net loss of £17.2m in the club’s 2024 annual report, despite delivering record core revenue of £88.3m, which is up 5.4% on last year.
Rangers also generated record commercial revenue of £67m, which was driven by the team’s run to the last 16 of the UEFA Europe League. This resulted in £44m in ticketing and hospitality sales, as well as £23m in commercial revenue, and £17m in UEFA prize money.
The 55-time Scottish champions delivered £4.8m in other operating income.
Kelly Cooke has been appointed as Commercial Director at Premiership Rugby.
Cooke joins from Wasserman, where she secured a series title partnership for The British & Irish Lions ahead of their Tour to Australia next summer.
Her previous experience includes time with the United Rugby Championship and in motorsports with Formula E, where she worked in their Global Partnerships Sales division.
In her new role, Cooke will oversee commercial innovation across the 10 Premiership Rugby clubs and will report to Chief Growth Officer Rob Calder.
Tottenham Hotspur has joined forces with Paramount to unveil the club’s first augmented reality (AR) experience.
Launching ahead of the Premier League matchup against Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur are set to celebrate the release of Gladiator II through the first AR experience, which will run until Sunday, 8th December.
The AR will allow fans to experience a real-scale reproduction of the Colosseum, 3D animated Roman centurions and a self-camera experience which will place the user in the attire of a Roman Emperor via Snapchat’s head, body and gesture tracking capabilities.
Cambridge United have revealed their new brand identity.
The new identity will be used from June 2025 after being fully endorsed from the Shadow Board.
The chosen design, ‘Evolution’ is a modern twist and evolution of the previous crest, however after thousands of comments from the fans, the club have decided to include the Club’s name.
Cambridge United have additionally introduced a new ‘Abbey Stadium’ and ‘Book and Ball’ icon to be used on their memorabilia.

Swansea City has signed a new partnership with City Moves.
The Swansea-based,= relocation and storage company becomes an official club partner until the end of the 2024/25 season, and will support the club’s infrastructure and logistics.
