Cola-Cola Enterprises (CCE) and Powerade have renewed their sponsorship deals with Scottish Premier League giants Rangers for another two years.

For over a decade Coca-Cola Enterprises has been the official drinks supplier at Ibrox, with Powerade the official hydration partner. The deal was announced by Rangers manager Ally McCoist at the club’s training ground, Murray Park.

Alan Halliday, Regional Director of Coca-Cola Enterprises, said: ‘2012 will be a massive year for sport with UEFA Euro 2012 and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games coming to Great Britain. As part of our commitment to sport we are delighted to continue our partnership with one of the biggest clubs in Scottish football.’

The sponsorship deal puts a number of assets at CCE’s disposal for promotional purposes including signed shirts and balls, player appearances and access to the pitch.

Ali Russell, chief operating officer at Rangers Football Club, said: ‘Rangers have formed a solid partnership with Coca-Cola Enterprises over the past decade and we are delighted to extend our relationship for another two years. The new deal benefits the club on and off the pitch as our supporters will be able to enjoy a range of promotions from Coke Zone while our players will benefit from Powerade’s hydration expertise.’
