The opportunity exists for a dynamic, motivated and experienced Event Director to join the Performance54 team, to oversee the delivery of major events on behalf of Performance54’s international client portfolio. The role will initially focus on the company’s golf event portfolio (LIV Golf, Aramco Team Series, International Series), and be responsible for all aspects of Event delivery, including, rightsholder, partner and client liaison, budget and project management, production and logistics.

World Rugby – Venue Manager (Women’s RWC England 2025 LOC)

We are looking to recruit four Venue Managers based in 4 of the Official Host Locations who will be responsible for the operational planning and delivery of a tournament venue, as well as supporting tournament related work within the host town / city. The Venue Managers will report into the Senior Venue Managers and work closely alongside all functional area leads within the organisation as well as key external stakeholders both at the venue and in the town/city. They will continuously liaise with the Host Venue team and Steering Group in the town/city to ensure a strong relationship with seamless planning and delivery of the tournament in the host location.

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Golf Travel Specialist. You will be responsible for communicating and coordinating travel packages to clients while providing excellent customer service. The role is located in London, but some remote work is acceptable. Your day-to-day tasks include organizing and booking golf packages, communicating with clients to ensure their travel needs are met, and developing and recommending customized travel packages that align with client preferences. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining client relationships by providing timely responses to their inquiries and concerns.
