Rfl Reveals Stobart Sponsorship

The Rugby Football League (RFL) has confirmed UK logistics company Stobart as the title sponsor of the Super League for 2012.
A statement from the governing body read: ‘The RFL confirms that Stobart Group has agreed heads of terms to secure title naming rights to rugby league’s Super League.
‘??The announcement extends Stobart’s involvement in rugby league, who currently serve as the principal shirt sponsor of Super League debutants Widnes and hold the naming rights to the team’s Halton Stadium.?
Stobart takes over from Engage Mutual Assurance who backed the league over a seven-year period.
The 2012 Super League season is schedule to start on 3rd February.
