Romero Starts Sports Performance Business

Olympic medallist Rebecca Romero has set up her own sports performance business based in Chester providing training camps and coaching services.

Romero is the first British woman to win Olympic medals in two sports having won silver in rowing at the Athens 2004 Olympics before moving to cycling at the Beijing 2008 Games where she won gold. Since retiring earlier this year, Romero has completed the Hawaii Ironman and has now set up her business with the aim of passing on her expertise on everything from technique to training and nutrition.

The Romero Performance Consultancy will provide Retül bike fitting services as well as offering training camps where riders can cycle around the hills of Wales alongside Romero. The Consultancy will also provide nutrition analysis and physiological testing.
