Sacla’ Sponsors RFU Festivals

SACLA’, the Italian pesto company, has announced a partnership with the Rugby Football Union in which it will  sponsor every grassroots rugby festival across England in 2010.

The festivals will involve over 40,000 youngsters and the one year partnership will see its first event kick off on 22nd February.

The deal builds on the business relationship Sacla’ has with former England rugby captain Lawrence Dallaglio. Last year’s Sacla’ launched a range of pesto sauces named after Dallaglio.

One child from each of the 100 Sacla’ rugby festivals will be offered the chance to join Lawrence Dallaglio at the Sacla’ National Training Day at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 5th June.
