Sap Extends Extreme Sailing Series Sponsorship
OC Sport, owner and organiser of the Extreme Sailing Series, has announced an extension of its technology sponsorship with SAP for a further four years.
The renewal of the sponsorship will see the partnership reach a decade and since 2012, SAP has provided the Series with business software and analytics solutions.
SAP sailing solutions offers fans and broadcasters insights to enable them to decipher exactly what is happening on the water through the use of live leaderboards and 3D and 2D visualisations taking place in real-time. Post-race, SAP provides teams with tools to analyse their performance and optimise their strategy.
