The Scotland rugby union team will continue to be kitted out by Canterbury Europe, despite the sportswear firm having gone into administration last month, after striking a renewal contact.
The manufacturer has since been acquired by JD Sports and the Scottish Rugby Union has agreed a new 12-month contract.
Scottish Rugby chief executive Gordon McKie explained: ‘This will allow the new owners the necessary time to restore the business to good health. But we’ve also retained the option to extend our kit supply contract.’
New home and away strips will be launched before the autumn Tests against Fiji, Australia and Argentina at Murrayfield in November.
