Scottish FA Partners With Pitchero

The Scottish Football Association has announced a two-year partnership with Pitchero, which will become an official grassroots partner.

The partnership will allow Pitchero the opportunity to offer its digital technology to over 2,000 grassroots football clubs in Scotland.

As Coaching Education Level 1 and 2 sponsors, Pitchero will offer technology support to help uncover and educate a wave of highly-qualified coaches across Scotland.

The technology creates additional opportunities to increase club revenue and grassroots participation through day-to-day club management, revenue generation and player recruitment.

Pitchero currently serves over 7,000 sports clubs through websites, membership and payment services as well as offering club and fan benefits through a suite of mobile and video apps. This includes Pitchero Play, a video highlights app that allows any team to record and upload match highlights online within 60 seconds, shared in real time across Pitchero club websites, mobile apps and club social media accounts.

Alongside video facilities, Pitchero’s new apps provide support to coaches, managers and club volunteers in fixture management, team communication, match day news distribution and player management, ultimately streamlining ongoing club logistics.
