Setanta Sports has followed in the footsteps of Sky, Virgin Media and BT Vision
by declaring that it too will offer live coverage of FA Premier League football
via broadband.
The broadcaster announced that the service, entitled ‘Setanta By Broadband’,
will provide fans with access to Setanta’s entire library of sports rights,
including FA Premier League games, at a cost of £7.99 per month.
The entire range of Setanta broadband coverage includes Setanta Sports 1,
Setanta Sports 2 and Setanta Golf – spanning 46 live Barclays Premier League
games, the US PGA Tour, and an array of rugby rights.
Separately, Setanta Sports has announced further high profile names to its
presenting team for its FA Premier League coverage including Des Lynam, football
expert James Richardson and former Sheffield United manager, Neil Warnock.
Richardson will present the ‘Friday Football Show’, which kicks off at 6.30pm
on Friday 10th August, while Lynam and Warnock will present and analyse live
matches.
