Sharp Partners Talksport Euro 2012 Coverage

talkSPORT has announced Sharp as an official partner of the station’s UEFA Eruo 2012 coverage. ??Sharp, also an official sponsor of the UEFA Euro 2012 tournament, will have bespoke on-air content around talkSPORT’s live matches and across all talkSPORT platforms throughout the tournament.

The multi platform deal, negotiated by Sharp’s media agency MbD, will also include advertising content in talkSPORT’s sister title Sport Magazine in the build up and during the tournament.

Sharp previously sponsored talkSPORT’s coverage of the UEFA Euro 2012 final draw in December 2011. ??talkSPORT will broadcast all 31 UEFA Euro 2012 matches  on 1089 / 1053 AM, on digital radio and online at talkSPORT.co.uk.

The tournament starts on Friday 8th June in Warsaw and continues until the final in Kiev on Sunday 1st July.

England’s campaign begins on 11th June against France, while Ireland’s tournament kicks off the day before against Croatia.??

To activate their sponsorship of UEFA EURO 2012, Sharp has launched “Sharp FanLabs” – a Europe-wide project offering insight into football fans’ behaviour and emotions. Using biometric data and surveys, Sharp will discover just how passionate European fans are about football and how far they’re prepared to go to ensure the success of their team.??
