Integrated agency Mercieca has been appointed by Shock Absorber to manage all PR for the sports bra brand, including the launch of its first Activewear collection in January 2018.
Starting this month, the agency will also manage PR across Shock Absorber’s portfolio of events and influencer engagement.
The Shock Absorber range, tested in collaboration with the University of Portsmouth, reportedly reduces the movements of the chest by up to 78%, twice as much as a conventional bra.
Mercieca director Gemma Oakes said of the appointment: “We’re really excited to be working with Shock Absorber as many of us are already big fans of the brand. Shock Absorber joins a range of other sport brands in the Mercieca stable, including Mitre, Brooks Running, swim! and Activate Management.
