Aston Martin Formula One team has agreed to extend and expand its existing deal with online trading firm AvaTrade.

The one-year extension will see enhanced AvaTrade branding on the car and driver race suits.

Jefferson Slack, Managing Director Commercial and Marketing at the Aston Martin Formula One Team, said, “We only welcomed AvaTrade into the Aston Martin F1 family at the start of this year, so we’re delighted that they have not only chosen to extend the partnership but also to expand their involvement with the team. AvaTrade’s use of tools, processes and technology to enhance and improve the trading experience really mirrors the methods the F1 team employs for on-track success. We are looking forward to working alongside them to showcase their world-class trading experience on a global stage.”


Stephen Brown to join British Cycling in new Director of Change role.

Brown joins the organisation from the 2026 European Athletics Championships, where he is Interim Chief Operating Officer, having spent the past six months establishing a new single purpose vehicle to deliver the event in Birmingham.

Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer for the 2022 Rugby League World Cup, Head of Projects at the Rugby Football League, and has experience working within football, local government and strategic consultancy roles.

Jon Dutton, Chief Executive Officer of British Cycling, said, “From my first months at British Cycling it’s clear that there is a huge amount of positive work taking place across the full breadth of the organisation’s work, which has grown considerably over the past decade.

“Following a really successful home world championships this summer, Stephen’s appointment will now help us to place greater focus and impetus on a portfolio of key transformation projects, which I believe are fundamental to enabling our organisation and sport to grow and be more sustainable in the future.

“Stephen brings with him a huge amount of passion and experience from the worlds of sport, local government and consultancy, and I’m confident that he will have a really positive and immediate impact on our organisation.”

Sussex Cricket has agreed a multi-year kit partnership with KitKing and Nike.

The multi-year deal sees Sussex become the only professional cricket team in the northern hemisphere sponsored by Nike.

Matchday and training kit will be supplied for the Men’s, Women’s, Disability, Academy and Pathway teams and will also include a range of male and female leisurewear for the retail store.

Throughout the entirety of the agreement, Sussex Cricket will partner with KitKing to design and develop the full retail, training and playing Nike range.

Rob Andrew, Chief Executive Officer of Sussex Cricket, said, “We are thrilled to be partnering with world number one sports and leisurewear brands.

“We are really looking forward to working with Nike through our partnership with KitKing and bringing a great range of products to our teams, members and supporters over the next few years.

“This is a really exciting partnership for the whole club, and we look forward to presenting our range in the coming weeks and months.”
