British heavyweight boxer Daniel Dubois has appointed sports management agency NVA Sports & Entertainment Group (NVA SEG) to ‘manage his commercial profile’ moving forward.

Ahead of his fight against Filip Hrgovic in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia this weekend, the 26-year-old has joined the likes of Liverpool’s Luis Diaz on London-based NVA SEG’s roster.

Dubois, commented, “I have spoken with Chris and the team at NVA SEG for some time and I knew straight away they were the right people to help me take this next step. I have huge ambitions for the coming years and to achieve all of that I need the best people supporting me in every area. I believe Chris and the team are exactly that, so I am excited to get started and see what we can achieve together.”

Multi-faceted management, PR consultancy and sports agency NVA SEG is led by long-established agent Chris Nathaniel.

Nathaniel, added,“I strongly believe Daniel is exactly what boxing, and in particular the ageing heavyweight division, needs right now. Liverpool FC has signed a new retail partnership in Indonesia.

The deal, which will see the Reds expand its footprint in Asian markets, will see the club work with PT Kanmo Weston Retailindo, a joint venture between existing Singapore retail partner Weston Corporation and Indonesian retail business Kanmo Group.

The partnership will initially include distribution rights for online retail of LFC’s official merchandise, before moving to brick-and-mortar stores across Indonesia. Plans for the region include a first official standalone LFC store in Pondok Indah Mall, Jakarta, opening this summer.

Mike Cox, Senior Vice President of Merchandising at Liverpool FC, said, “We’re extremely pleased to be announcing our exciting new partnership in Indonesia.

“We’ve worked with Weston Corporation for almost five years now and it’s great to have them as part of this move into this new and emerging market. Adding Kanmo Group to the mix means we will have that important local knowledge to help shape our plans in the region.

“Football is extremely popular in Indonesia and it’s great to bring our LFC brand to the supporters so they can feel a part of the club.

“This latest partnership in Asia adds to our ambitious plans to grow our international presence in key markets and we’re really excited to open our first standalone store very soon.”


Cruise liner brand MSC Cruises has launched the a new initiative, MSC Meadow, as part of its partnership with Chelsea FC.

Designed to regenerate an area on the banks of the River Mole in Cobham, Surrey, MSC Meadow will see 100 trees planted.

To celebrate the launch of the project, players from both the Chelsea FC men’s and women’s teams worked alongside members of the MSC Cruises team in planting the first of 100 trees.

Claire Cronin, Chelsea FC Chief Marketing Officer added, “We are proud to be working with our partner, MSC Cruises, on such a meaningful initiative. To have a partner who recognises the importance of addressing biodiversity loss is incredibly powerful.”

All-electric raceboat championship E1 has partnered with global sports video production and distribution agency Story10.

In a collaboration that aims to ‘increase the exposure of their inaugural UIM E1 World Championship,’ Story10 distribute news content for each event across its network of 8,500 digital and social channels and 700 broadcasters, including host city profiles, event highlights and viral moments.

Story10 is also producing and distributing feature stories throughout the season, which include team owner profiles and messaging around key E1 topics of sustainability, innovation and marine preservation.
