The electric SUV off-road racing series Extreme E has announced a multi-year extension with US sports broadcaster FOX Sports.

As part of the new deal, the championship will continue to be screened live across the United States, Canada and the Caribbean on FS1, FS2, FOX Sports Racing and FOX Sports digital platforms in 2023 and 2024.  

Ali Russell, Chief Marketing Officer at Extreme E, said, “We’re proud and delighted to announce the extension of this broadcasting agreement between FOX Sports and Extreme E for 2023 and 2024.

“The deal signifies a major commitment by a sports broadcasting powerhouse, further underlining the ever increasing popularity of our championship’s thrilling on track spectacle as well as the human stories behind the racing.”

Extreme E, which is headquarted in the UK, will begin its third season on 11th March 2023 in Saudi Arabia.


Middlesex County Cricket Club is in talks to join the Pakistan Super League (PSL) Twenty20 franchise tournament, according to the club’s Chief Executive, Andrew Cornish.

Speaking to The Cricketer, Cornish commented, “The Pakistan Cricket Board are interested in including overseas domestic teams in the PSL and we have held talks with them.

“Those talks have been very positive and we expect them to continue in the coming weeks.”

Despite remaining unlikely Middlesex will join the PSL for the 2023 season, it is possible that the team will head to Pakistan for a preseason tour, ahead of joining the league fully in 2024.


London-based sports management and promotion company CAA Base, a division of CAA Sports, has announced the addition of Bayern Munich and France international football player Kingsley Coman to its ranks.

CAA Sports will represent Coman, both on and off the pitch, working in collaboration with his father, Christian Coman. 

Coman, 26, is the latest addition to CAA Sports’ roster of footballing talent. A full-service agency, CAA Sports also represents Raphaël Varane, James Maddison, Kyle Walker, Son Heung Min, and Carlo Ancelotti, as well as being heavily involved in women’s football.

CAA Base football agent, Christian Emile, said, “Kingsley Coman is a world class talent, having won 27 trophies with three major clubs by the age of 26. Kingsley is still driven by his ambition and we are excited to support him as he strives to achieve further success both on and off the pitch.”


Formula 1 racing team Haas has revealed an updated team logo and new official team name ahead of the 2023 Formula 1 season, following its new title sponsorship agreement with payment company MoneyGram.

Haas announced its partnership with MoneyGram at last year’s United States Grand Prix, the team’s home race.

On Wednesday 5th January, Haas showcased a tweaked logo on their website and social media channels, incorporating MoneyGram’s insignia, along with a new official team name: MoneyGram Haas F1 Team.
