EFL Championship football club Huddersfield Town has partnered with Core Facility Services for the 2023/24 season.

Core has longstanding relationships with charities including Overgate Hospice, Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice and Happy Days, helping them minimise overheads so that as much of their money as possible goes to front line services.

Huddersfield Town Commercial Director Ian Birtley, added, I am delighted to welcome Core Facility Services as a club partner for the 2023/24 season, and I look forward to strengthening our relationship with the firm over the months ahead.”


The PGA TOUR has recruited Lee Korman as new Director of International Content, EMEA.

Korman joins from Right Formula where he spent more than five years in various agency roles including Head of Communications and Head of Creative.

He will lead international content in key markets across Europe, reporting into Edward Jones in the London office.


Japanese beer brand Asahi Super Dry has partnered with sports tech company FANZO ahead of this autumn’s Rugby World Cup in France.

Using the Rugby World Cup 2023 website, rugby fans all around the world will be able to find venues, via FANZO technology, to watch the matches across the world.

As the official beer of the tournament, Asahi Super Dry has exclusive rights to the choice of venues promoted and have described an ambition to promote venues from all over the world and not just in France.

England Rugby has appointed Stuart Ramsey as its new Commercial Director.

After departing his role at Socios.com, Ramsey commented on LinkedIn, “I am incredibly privileged to be taking up this role and the challenge that lies ahead to help rugby prosper.”


EFL League Two football club Forest Green Rovers has renewed its partnership with sports travel solution business Sportsrooms. 

Sportsrooms first became the club’s official travel partner in 2021, in the same year that the business launched its Green Team Travel initiative, helping to track and reduce its carbon footprint.

Hull KR and Hull-based smart solutions and broadband provider Connexin have announced a two-year extension to their men’s first team principal partner sponsorship deal.

The extended partnership with Hull KR follows on from the provider’s recent announcement of Connexin Live, the newly rebranded live entertainment venue in Hull.
