Bristol-based sports and entertainment consultancy PTI Digital has been appointed by NFL franchise Jacksonville Jaguars to help it develop its ‘Union Jax’ membership strategy, a membership scheme created for its UK fans.
The pair recently worked together to help optimise ticket sales for the Jaguars game against Denver Broncos at Wembley Stadium on October 30th.
The Jaguars have a strong affiliation in the UK, with the latest game marking 10 years of playing one game each season London and the ninth time at Wembley. The Jaguars are now ‘focussed on enhancing the relationship with their fans through exclusive content, money-can’t-buy experiences and partner offers.’
The Jags are PTI’s first US-based client and join Premiership Rugby, United Rugby Championship, Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, the Scottish Football Association, London Legacy Development Corporation, Scottish Rugby and Hibernian FC as new clients this year.
Maria Gigante, Vice President at the Jacksonville Jaguars commented, “We have a strong profile here in the UK but it is important that we take the next step to deepen the relationship with our fans and communicate with them effectively throughout the year, not just around our game week.
“We have some exciting things planned going forward that will directly benefit the loyal fanbase we have here and provide value to our commercial partners, and the membership programme is exactly the right way to reward that loyalty. We like PTI’s strategic approach to achieving our goals and we can’t wait to get started.”

The Blueprintx lifestyle division, spanning across the agency’s marketing and management offerings, will see Blueprintx work alongside brands and talent within the lifestyle space.
The evolution comes with a company-wide rebrand – and over the coming days and weeks the Blueprintx will unveil new talent and brand clients aligned to the new agency category, as well as the existing sectors.
The first of those announcements is the signing of celebrity barber, A-Star Barber, who is currently in Qatar cutting the hair of some of the biggest names in football – including the England squad. Blueprintx will now represent A-Star commercially.
On the expansion, Blueprintx co-founder, Rob Hughes, said “We’re incredibly excited by the next iteration of our agency and to be able to deliver exciting campaigns for brands and talent in the lifestyle sector. Our agency culture has always had our clients at the heart of it and our new ‘x’ symbolises our commitment to not just calling them clients but treating them like our partners.”
