Shorts: Let, Performance 54, DAZN

The Ladies European Tour (LET) has appointed Pitch International (Pitch) as its exclusive media rights advisor.

The collaboration with Pitch will see the sports marketing agency lead the LET’s sales and distribution of global media rights until the end of 2026.

The deal marks the LET’s continued growth. Since 2019 the Tour has seen tournaments increase by 33% and televised events increase from 11 to 21, with the average purse increasing year on year and record total prize funds of almost €35m (£28.7m) being achieved in 2023.

Fiona Harold, Commercial Director of the LET, said, “Following a very competitive request for proposal (RFP) process, we’re delighted to welcome Pitch as our strategic media rights partner. With tournaments in 21 different countries, the LET is a truly international tour.”

Sports and entertainment platform DAZN will be pre-installed on VIDAA televisons as part of multi-year deal. 

The extended partnership between DAZN and the US television brand will see the DAZN app immediately available on VIDAA powered Smart TVs globally and for the first time in the UK.  

The deal focuses on DAZN ‘growing its reach and enhancing its portfolio of living room devices.’

This deal increases accessibility and reach for our rights holders’ content, such as the NFL Game Pass and UEFA Women’s Champions League.

Spanish golf course Finca Cortesín has confirmed a new three-year partnership with Performance 54. 

Finca Cortesín, which was a stage of the recent Solheim Cup has agreed a deal with the London-based sports marketing, events and strategic consultancy firm to help it ‘provide lasting benefits as a Solheim Cup host venue and further enhance its position as one of Europe’s premier golf resorts.’
