LIV Golf’s Majesticks GC has announced a new partnership with Destination Sport.
The deal sees the UK-based sports travel company will become the Majesticks GC’s official travel partner.
As per the agreement, Majesticks GC ticket and hospitality packages will be created by Destination Sports fan travel brands, Sportsbreaks.com and Sportsworld.
Destination Sport Travel already boasts an impressive roster of clients that includes Manchester City, Chelsea, and Scottish Rugby.

British Basketball League (BBL) club London Lions has launched its new foundation.
Unveiled on World Basketball Dayat the Copper Box Arena in East London, the London Lions Foundation will aim ‘to foster greater access to basketball for communities in London facing the highest levels of deprivation.
The foundation will provide numerous community-supported programmes and projects spanning from court renovations to summer camps.
Imran Sanaullah MBE, Head of London Lions Foundation, said, “Upon recognising a number of issues, including the limited access to opportunities, lack of youth development and inequality and exclusion, London Lions sought to be a beacon of positive change within its local communities. Enter the London Lions Foundation, which has been created to tackle these and many other issues through the power of basketball, the UK’s second-most-played sport.”
The British Cycling Board has appointed Lee Gibbons as Independent Non-Executive Director.
Gibbons boasts 22 years of experience in the sports industry having held senior roles in IMG and adidas and is currently the Managing Director of Sport UNLIMITED.
In his role on the board, Gibbons will provide support and expertise to British Cycling’s commercial and marketing functions, as the organisation looks to capitalise on the spotlight of Paris 2024.
Lee Gibbons, said, “It is a huge honour to join the Board of British Cycling and I’m really looking forward to working with the other Board members, the Executive and wider teams to contribute to continued success at all levels of this great sport.

Ed Barney has been appointed as Men’s Performance Director for the England and Wales Cricket Board.
Barney was the former Performance Director of Great Britain Hockey and held that role since 2026.
The 41-year-old, who will start his new position in March 2024, worked with the ECB from 2010 to 2013 as a Talent Identification Scientist.
Ed Barney, said, “The opportunity to return to the ECB and take on the role of Performance Director was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I’m looking forward to building on much of the exceptional work that is in place, whilst ensuring that the quality of our provision supports the most talented players to realise their potential, excel on the world stage and inspire the nation about everything that cricket has to offer.
“It’s been a real honour to lead the performance team at England and Great Britain Hockey over the past seven years. It has been very special to see many of the junior teams break through, whilst the senior programmes have excelled on the world stage with European, Commonwealth Games and Olympic medals.
“As Performance Director it has been a real privilege to work with so many exceptional players and colleagues who day-to-day inspire one another to strive to be better. I want to thank everyone at England and Great Britain Hockey and look forward to following their success in the future.”
EFL Championship football club West Bromwich Albion has announced the renewal of its 10-year partnership with The University of Wolverhampton.
The club will work in collaboration with the university to offer internships, work placement opportunities and student experiences across several departments at The Hawthorns.
