Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) has partnered with Waymap, the world’s most precise personal navigation app.
The partnership is a pioneering move to transform accessibility at Lord’s Cricket Ground — making it the first sports venue in the world to adopt this ground-breaking technology.
This innovative collaboration delivers a major leap forward in inclusive design for sporting venues. Waymap provides accurate, step-by-step navigation without relying on GPS, WiFi or mobile data, supporting both visually impaired users and the wider public with intuitive routing to seats, amenities and exits. The app even offers full-journey planning from anywhere within the M25.
The partnership not only improves accessibility for blind and disabled fans, but also enhances the matchday experience for all supporters, staff and international visitors.
