The Professional Triathletes Organisation (PTO) has partnered with London Marathon Events (LME) to collaborate on delivering the London T100 triathlon.
The London T100 will be the fourth stop on the new eight-leg T100 Triathlon World Tour, taking place in the city on 27th and 28th July.
Sam Renouf, CEO, PTO, said, “We want London to become one of the signature legs on the new T100 Triathlon World Tour, so it was very important for us to work with a world-class team like London Marathon Events.
“London has a prestigious history in the sport, having hosted the world’s largest Triathlon for many years and the 2012 Olympic races seeing hundreds of thousands coming to spectate. This partnership with LME will see London return to hosting a truly ‘bucket list’ status event in Triathlon – for amateurs and professionals.”
London-based esports organisation BLAST has announced global financial company Revolut as the presenting partner for the Premier Spring Final.
The BLAST Premier Spring final is due to take place at London’s OVO Arena Wembley from 12th to 16th June with Revolut benefiting from branding exposure across the event.
Revolut’s first foray into e-sports will see both digital broadcast integration across BLAST.tv, Twitch and Youtube, with physical branding and activations at the arena.

UK sports agency Excel Sports Management has hired Sean McAuliffe as Vice President of Internation within the agency’s properties division.
McAuliffe has previously served as a Managing Partner at Six Sport with previous roles at The Football Association (FA) and Union of European Football Association (UEFA).

Gibraltarian football club Manchester 62 has received an angel investment of $20m (£16m) for research into concussion and CTE in football.
The investment was made by US private equity firm Monstranamus and will fund additional studies into head industries in order to preserve the wellbeing of athletes.
Recently, Manchester 62 became the first top-flight European football club to field a team of outfield players each wearing protective headbands.
