Bristol-based sports and entertainment consultancy PTI Digital has been appointed by Scottish Rugby to help create a ‘long-term holistic data and digital transformation roadmap’.
The new partnership will see PTI assess the governing body of Scottish rugby’s future technology, and data and digital requirements.
The news continues a year of expansion for PTI Digital, having been appointed by The Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games, Premiership Rugby, London Legacy Development Corporation, United Rugby Championship, the Scottish FA, Hibernian FC and Gloucester Rugby on strategic digital transformation, D2C or venue technology briefs.
Julian Momen, Chief Commercial Officer at Scottish Rugby Union said, “We aim to provide our supporters and stakeholders with the best possible Scottish Rugby experience. A big part of that is ensuring that the digital and technology infrastructure that underpins what we do is world class – that is why we are working closely with PTI to develop a data and digital transformation review and roadmap, which will set us up for our future development.”
