British Formula 1 team Williams Racing has announced a new partnership with Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts.

The agreement will see Williams Racing offer Jumeirah’s guests and partners ‘unique moments and curated events at Grand Prix locations around the world.’

Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts – well-known for its flagship hotel, Burj Al Arab Jumeirah – has most recently opened Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain Resort & Spa, situated nearby the Formula 1 circuit in Bahrain, the venue of the new season’s opening race on Sunday 5th March.

Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts branding will also feature on the Williams Racing race car.

DAZN has secured a new broadcast partnership with Oktagon MMA which covers a host of major international territories.

Under terms of the agreement, the European MMA promotion will now be available on the DAZN streaming platform, however, Czech Republic, Slovakia and DACH territories are excluded from the deal.

DAZN will air Oktagon MMA for the first time with the landmark Oktagon 40 event on 4th March – the launch of the €1m Tipsport Gamechanger welterweight tournament.

London-based investment, advisory and marketing group TTB Sport has appointed former England cricket captain Sir Andrew Strauss as Executive Chairman.

Italian sportswear brand KOO Eyewear has partnered with Keep Communications to serve as the brand’s public relations agency for the UK.

Established in 2017, KOO Eyewear is a brand specialising in designing and manufacturing high-performance sunglasses and goggles.

With the help of Keep Communications in the UK and Outside PR, a specialist outdoor PR agency in the US, KOO Eyewear aims to ‘strengthen its UK and North American network and brand awareness.’

English Football League (EFL) One football club Lincoln City FC has signed an agreement with performance data and analytical services company StatsBomb.

The team will benefit from StasBomb’s data when preparing and reviewing games, with over 3,400 events recorded per match across over 100 competitions around the world. StatsBomb Data includes unique metrics such as pressure data, pass footedness, and defender and goalkeeper locations for every shot that contribute to the StatsBomb expected goals (xG) model.

Additionally, the agreement sees Lincoln City gain access to analytics and scouting platform StatsBomb IQ.
