Premier League football club Wolverhampton Wanderers has extended its partnership with US-based cybersecurity providers Arctic Wolf.
The company became the club’s first official cybersecurity partner in March and have now extended for a further two years.
Arctic Wolf’s security experts will continue to work with the club’s current global IT solutions partner, Silverbug Ltd, to provide round-the-clock monitoring, detection, and response, as well as ongoing risk management and security awareness training designed to give the club the protection it needs to defend against cyber threats.

Vodafone Business, part of British multinational telecommunications company Vodafone, has announced rugby legend Jason Robinson OBE as its new ambassador.
Jason will work with Vodafone Business to raise awareness of its partnership with the Rugby League World Cup 2021, where it serves as the tournament’s official technology partner, as well as helping to support grassroots rugby clubs in the UK.
This will include the delivery and expansion of initiatives such as Vodafone’s The Rugby Hub that help grassroots rugby clubs grow and become more sustainable as businesses through the provision of free learning tools that will help clubs develop their digital capabilities.

Dettol Pro Solutions, the business-to-business offering of cleaning disinfectant and antiseptic brand Dettol, has announced the expansion of its partnership with the UK health, fitness and racquets group David Lloyd Leisure. The partnership will see all UK clubs provided with sanitisers and biodegradable disinfectant wipes.
Dettol, which is owned by hygiene, health, and nutrition manufacturer Reckitt, has built bespoke hygiene strategies for businesses across multiple sectors including with household names such as British Airways, Hilton and Avis Budget Group.

League One football club Barnsley FC has announced a new partnership with food and music experience providers Social.
UK-based Social will provide street food, craft beer and live music to the club’s 23,000-capacity Oakwell Stadium, from 30th September.
Barnsley CEO, Khaled El-Ahmad, said, “Social is a step forward in our events offering, and I’m sure will provide supporters with something a little different!
“I hope Reds fans and the people of Barnsley feel welcome in coming to Oakwell and have a great time, kicking off with the first weekend on September 30th and October 1st!”
Global sports and entertainment platform DAZN Group has appointed Gary Gallagher as its new EVP, Product.
Gary joins from pool betting operator UK Tote Group and will lead DAZN’s existing product teams across the UK, Poland and the Netherlands and he and the teams will be responsible for product management, user experience design and research.
