Judy Murray will share her views ahead of a busy summer of sport with senior sport industry leaders at the Sport Industry Breakfast Club, taking place one week today at The BT Centre on Wednesday 8th June.
Interviewed by award-winning broadcaster and presenter Clare Balding, Judy Murray will speak just days after the climax of the French Open and less than three weeks ahead of The Championships, Wimbledon 2016.
Murray will share her expertise on driving tennis participation in non-traditional areas, as well as the challenges of increasing physical activity and commercial support for the game at all levels, and more.
A huge advocate for participation in sport, Murray was also Great Britain’s Fed Cup captain and coached Heather Watson at the Australian Open this year.
The Sport Industry Breakfast Club, supported by MP & Silva, the leading international media rights company, is the industry’s number one networking event series with four content-led networking breakfasts over the course of the year.
Each event welcomes up to 200 guests from across the industry for an interview with leading figures from the world of sport and business.
The first Sport Industry Breakfast Club of 2016 saw Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson and Damian Collins MP explore a number of the recent issues to hit the headlines, including FIFA, IAAF, London 2017 and Maria Sharapova.
Further details including the speaker line up for the final two Sport Industry Breakfast Club of 2016 – scheduled for 7th September and 10th November – will be announced soon.
