Freemans Event Partners has signed a new multi-year contract with Silverstone, extending its role as the exclusive public food and beverage provider at the motorsport venue.
The renewed deal has reaffirmed the multi-service event provider’s position as the sole provider of public food and beverage services at major events held at the Northamptonshire circuit, including the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, the Tissot British Grand Prix MotoGP and the Silverstone Festival.

The agreement has follows the conclusion of 2025 British Grand Prix, which has seen over 500,000 attendees across the event – the largest crowd in the race’s history.
According to a release, during this year’s event, Freemans Event Partners delivered food and drink from more than 300 outlets across the venue, supported by 800 daily deliveries and over 300 seasonal staff. The company also deployed its proprietary FEP PAY system to streamline payments and reduce queueing times.
This contract has come during a landmark year for Freemans Event Partners, which has marked its 50th anniversary in 2025, while its continued collaboration with Silverstone reflects the circuit’s growth as a multi-use venue beyond its motorsport calendar.
In February 2024, Silverstone secured a 10-year extension to continue hosting the Formula 1 British Grand Prix, keeping the race at the circuit until at least 2034.
