Sport Industry Group has announced Singha Beer as the official beer supplier to the BT Sport Industry Awards 2015, which will be held in London on 30th April.
The premium Thai beer, which first partnered with the BT Sport Industry Awards in 2014, will also sponsor the Best Use of Social Media category at the Awards, which will see the likes of adidas, British Champions Series, AELTC, BMW, Gazprom Chelsea and Lewis Hamilton’s #TeamLHmovie go head to head to claim the coveted trophy on the night.
Singha Beer will be enjoyed by 1,750 guests from the world of sport at the industry’s flagship annual ceremony. Influential figures from sport brands, teams, agencies, governing bodies and more will come together at Battersea Evolution for an evening of celebration as the most creative and successful work from the past 12 months is celebrated.
Jaturon Himathongkom, international sports marketing director, Singha Beer, commented on the partnership: “We are delighted to be working with the BT Sport Industry Awards for a second year as our brand continues to strengthen its position within the sport industry.
“Singha Beer believes in uniting friends and a thirst for ideas, so celebrating the best work from the industry at the 2015 Awards is a perfect fit for the brand.
“We wish everyone on the Official Shortlist the best of luck!”
Nick Keller, chairman, Sport Industry Group, added: “Having recently become the title sponsor of the Singha Premiership Rugby Sevens Series, as well as being the official beer of Chelsea Football Club and Manchester United Football Club, Singha Beer has built a rich sporting heritage through its sport sponsorships.
“Supporting the Best Use of Social Media Award will further cement the brand’s position within our dynamic industry and we look forward to celebrating the outstanding work of this year’s winners with them on the night in April.”
