Snooker Shoot-out Gets 888casino.com Backing

Snooker’s latest fast-paced Shoot-Out event will be title-sponsored by 888casino.com for the first time this season, when it takes place in Blackpool in January. 

The one-frame knockout event, which will be titled the 888casino Snooker Shoot-Out, features ten-minute frames and a shot clock, with the world’s top 64 players all invited to compete in the three-day event.

Martin Gould will be defending the title which he won last season, beating Mark Allen in the final, and will reportedly receive extensive television coverage from Sky Sports.

888casino.com takes over from Betfair as title sponsor of the quick-fire tournament, who signed up for the event last year.
