Somerset CCC Announce Exclusive Kit Partner
India-based apparel supplier TYKA has become the exclusive kit partner for Somerset County City Club for the next two years until the end of 2018.
The two-year agreement will see TYKA providing all of Somerset CCC¹s training, travel and playing gear as well as a supporters range. The new range will make its County debut for the 2016 season.
Somerset CCC chief executive Guy Lavender commented: “Although TYKA is a relatively new brand, they have a great heritage as the official brand partner to Kings XI Punjab and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL along with a number of other high profile professional clubs and International sides. We are incredibly excited about the quality of the kit, the fresh ideas that they have brought to the design process and the international platform that they will provide.”
Raghav Kohli, chief executive of TYKA Sports said: “This announcement of our Partnership with Somerset CCC is the next step in the evolution of our business. We see it is a privilege for TYKA to be associated with the Somerset County Cricket Club.”
