Somerset CCC Renews Real Shaving Company Deal

Somerset County Cricket Club (CCC) and The Real Shaving Company have signed a new partnership for the 2017 season.

In 2016 The Real Shaving Company, which is part of the Swallowfield Group, become the official NatWest T20 Blast Partner and this relationship will now carry on for at least another 12 months.

As well as The Real Shaving Company logo being on the front of the NatWest T20 Blast shirts, the company also got involved on matchdays providing 18,000 free samples as well as social media competitions and behind the scenes films whilst a special charity challenge raised over £2,000.

Head of commercial operations at Somerset CCC Jez Curwin said: “When we began working with The Real Shaving Company we said that we wanted this partnership to reflect what the NatWest T20 Blast is all about: exciting, vibrant and fun.

“It has been an absolute pleasure to work with The Real Shaving Company. Their enthusiasm has been one of the real driving forces behind our off-field success and we are delighted that this was appreciated nationally by those involved with the business of the game. After a hugely successful 2016 we have some more fun and exciting activities planned for 2017”.

Group sales and marketing director, Jane Fletcher from The Real Shaving Company said: “With all the fun we had in 2016, it was an easy decision to support Somerset’s NatWest T20 Blast season again this year. We really enjoy working with the club and are delighted with the team promoting The Real Shaving Company. Somerset is greatly supported by many people working here, so we are very excited to see what the 2017 season brings”.
