Southampton FC has inked a four-year kit supplier partnership with Puma that takes effect from the start of the 2024/25 season.

As per the agreement, the German sportswear giant will produce match kits, training apparel and accessories for the Saints’ men’s, women’s and academy teams.

The deal sees Puma replace Hummel, which had previously produced the English football club’s playing kits since 2021. Southampton’s five-year deal with the Danish sportswear brand was not set to expire until 2026, but has been brought to a premature end.

To celebrate the club’s latest partner, Southampton striker Adam Armstrong wore a one-off pair of club-branded Puma boots during the team’s win against Coventry City on 9th April.

The South coast club are currently placed fourth in the EFL Championship, and are in the running to earn promotion back to the Premier League next season.

Southampton CEO Phil Parsons said, “It was important for us to find a like-minded partner that could not only deliver on creating bespoke kits that align with our strong identity but is also able to create a high-quality range of products for our fans.

“We look forward to working closely with Puma on a wide variety of projects over the coming years in order to build upon the success we are having as a club, both on and off the pitch.”
