SPFL Scores Match Ball Supplier

The Scottish Professional Football League (SPFL) and the Scottish Women’s Premier League (SWPL) have partnered with global sports brand Puma.


The multi-year deal sees Puma become the official match-ball provider to Scottish football’s top-flights from the beginning of the 2023/24 season.

The agreement means the SWPL will be provided with its first-ever bespoke match-ball, the Orbita ball.

The new ball, which will also be used in the SPFL, features colourways inspired by the SPFL and SWPL logos and has been designed to provide ‘excellent aerodynamic performance on the pitch.’

Puma adds the SPFL and SWPL to its roster of European football leagues it supplys the match balls for. This also includes La Liga, Serie A and EFL.
