Sport Industry Awards 2020: A Look Back
The Sport Industry Awards 2020 saw winners crowned in the first ever online edition, and while a host of the nation’s favourite sportspeople announced the winners of the 18 Awards categories, Sport Industry Awards Host Alex Scott welcomed the sector to the brand new digital hub in a short film produced by LiveWire Sport.
Scott looked back over the immense challenges 2020 has brought to the sport industry so far, but hailed the hard work and resilience needed to bring the sector back to a ‘more inclusive path, a more human path.’
Although the sport industry was unable to come together in person to celebrate some of the best work produced by the sector, some familiar faces – including three England national team captains, a Rugby World Cup winning skipper, and a marathon world record holder – were on hand to reveal each winner.
