Ahead of the 2024/25 football season, Norwich City has confirmed Norfolk-based fashion brand Blakely Clothing as its principal partner.


The announcement follows the conclusion of the Championship club’s agreement with longstanding main sponsor Lotus and a subsequent ‘extensive in-house process to identify regional brands with national and global reach.’

As part of the partnership, Norwich City and Blakely will also launch a dual-branded collection over the coming months that will be available in-store and online.

Blakely’s CEO and founder Gareth Newman said, “Having grown up in Norfolk and watching Norwich City play over the years, we are incredibly proud and excited to partner with the club.

“This partnership is more than just a sponsorship; it symbolises a shared vision for growth, success and community engagement. We look forward to supporting the team and engaging with the Norwich City fans.”

After finishing 6th in the 2023/24 EFL Championship, Norwich lost 4-0 in the semi-finals to Leeds United.


Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) has announced an ‘all-encompassing partnership’ with the Esports World Cup Foundation for coverage of the Esports World Cup.

The eight-week competition, hosted in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, begins 3rd July and carries the largest-ever prize pool for an Esports competition with over $60 million in prize money available to competing teams.

The new multi-channel agreement covers Europe, Asia and the Middle East, and will ‘include a host of innovations to help elevate esports coverage for mainstream audiences.

Live streaming of selected sessions will take place on WBD’s Max and discovery+ channels, which further coverage on social media and the Eurosport website.

Chinese artificial turf manufacturer Citygreen Sports Group has been announced as an official supplier to Tottenham Hotspur for the upcoming football season.

According to a statement, the Premier League club will work with the company on the ‘installation of a new synthetic pitch’ at its Enfield training centre.

Paul May, Training Centre Director of Operations, Tottenham Hotspur, said, “It is fantastic to be working with Citygreen for the forthcoming season as we look to further enhance the facilities at our world-class Training Centre. This partnership will help the development of players that visit the campus throughout the year, as well as aligning with our mission to reduce our environmental impact across Club activities.”


Following its recent rebrand, sports and entertainment agency 54 has announced the establishment of a Vietnam office, its ninth location around the world.

Headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City, 54 Vietnam follows the completion of a merger with local golf development consulting firm Golf Development Solutions (GDS).

In the newly formed 54 Vietnam, Ben Styles will hold the position of Senior Director, while GDS co-founder Tu Anh will take on the role of General Director of 54 Vietnam.
