The Sport Industry Private Dining Club, hosted by Integro Entertainment & Sport, saw CEOs of governing bodies, marketing heads of major brands and agency chiefs convene wiith industry influencers at The Century Club for the first event of 2016.
The evening was also the first event hosted by Integro Entertainment & Sport, which was announced as a headline partner of the exclusive, invitation-only members club earlier this week.
Integro – an international insurance brokerage and risk management firm – has a specialised entertainment and sport practice that focuses in designing insurance policies to meet the needs of industry organisations.
Ahead of a potential Grand Slam victory for England this weekend, a number of former rugby internationals were also in attendance including Rugby World Cup winner Kyran Bracken, who played in 2003 – the last time England won a Grand Slam.
Mark Evans, the former CEO of Harlequins who recently returned to England after two years at Melbourne Storm, led discussions following networking drinks and a three course meal. Evans is recognised as one of rugby’s brightest minds, and shared his views on the game. He explained the differences in the business landscape here and in Australia drawing upon his knowledge and insight across both codes of the sport, as well as AFL.
The invitation-only members club meets four times a year at some of the best venues in London, providing top level representatives from across the sport industry with the opportunity to network and socialise in an informal and relaxed setting.
