Halfspace Group, the London-based marketing and technology business, has marked International Women’s Day by announcing that is to sponsor Women’s Sports Alliance (WSA), the global platform designed to champion women’s sport.
Halfspace Group consultants will work with the WSA team to gather advanced data and intelligence on the global women’s sport fanbase to help shape marketing and commercial opportunities. WSA will also be offered working space at the Halfspace Group London HQ as a base in the capital.
Footballco, the football content and media business, has launched a new women’s football brand created to provide a community for fans called INDIVISA.
The service, which will cover the game from grassroots to the highest levels, will complement the group’s existing news coverage of the elite women’s game through its GOAL brand.

Southampton Football Club has reported a 63% increase in average game attendance for its women’s team. That comes on top of a 45% increase in season ticket sales, indicating a boost in appetite for the women’s game.
