Tottenham Hotspur and Investec have announced that they will be hosting one of their South African player development programmes from 25th- 29th March in Johannesburg.

The courses, which are taking place throughout 2013 across Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town, are providing 3,200 places for boys and girls between the ages of 6 and 16 to receive coaching from the club’s professional coaches, assisted by South African coaches, to ensure all learn how to play the ‘Tottenham Hotspur way’. Each player development programme will be led by international Coaching programmes manager, Andy Rogers, along with a specialised International coaching team.

Investec Social Investment hosts the Investec Soccer League with 20 schools from Soweto involving 360 learners. The League began in 2008, with the aim of developing qualities such as discipline, focus, tenacity and the ability to be a team player, as well as other skills.
