Bosideng London has signed an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur to become the new formal menswear partner of the Barclays Premier League outfit, replacing T.M. Lewin.
The London division of the Chinese brand Bosideng, which opened its first store in the capital last year, has signed a two-year agreement with the club and coincides with their current pre-sesaon tour of the Far East, for the Barclays Asia Trophy 2013 in Hong Kong.
Tottenham agreed a partnership with T.M. Lewin last October, but that deal ran only until the end of the 2012/13 season.
Bosideng will provide formal wear including shorts, suits, ties, shoes and accessories, with the club also announcing it will work with the brand to grow Tottenham’s presence in China.
Gao Dekang, chairman and chief executive of Bosideng, said: ‘As one of Europe’s leading clubs, it’s an exciting opportunity for Bosideng London to support Tottenham Hotspur.’
‘With Bosideng a Chinese company new to Europe, it’s important for us to have a strong UK presence and we’re delighted to be working with Tottenham Hotspur as part of our awareness programme.’
Spurs narrowly missed out on a place in this season’s UEFA Champions League for this season, after finishing fifth in 2012/13.
