Stoke City has announced that its association with current kit provider adidas will come to an end at the conclusion of the 2013/14 Barclays Premier League season.

adidas have been the club’s kit provider since 2010 but City revealed in a statement that it will be switching to a new provider from next season onwards, although did not indicate who that would be.

City chief executive Tony Scholes said: ‘Our partnership with adidas has been successful for both parties during some exciting times at the Club which has included an FA Cup Final & Europa qualification.’

‘We would like to thank them for their support over the past four years and wish them every success for the future.’

adidas added: ‘We have enjoyed a very successful partnership since 2010, which has seen the club establish themselves in the Barclays Premier League and we wish everyone at Stoke all the best for the future.’

The Club, who extended its deal with Carlsberg last week, will be holding a four-day huge adidas clearance sale at the Britannia Stadium from 27th March to Sunday, 30th March, including the Potters’ home Premier League game against Hull on the Saturday.

Stoke City came from 1-0 down to beat West Ham 3-1 and move nine points clear of the relegation zone at the weekend, and would move into the top half of the table with a win at Aston Villa on Sunday.
