Norwich City and Swansea City have taken advantage of the international break to add to their sponsorship rosters, agreeing new deals with insurance brokers Alan Boswell Group and LG Electronics respectively.

Alan Boswell Group returns as a partner of Norwich City for the fifth consecutive year, who will continue to manage the Premier League team’s insurance throughout the 2013/14 season, gaining access to the Canaries’ corporate hospitality facilities.

Chris Gibbs, the managing director of Alan Boswell Insurance Brokers, said: ‘Last year was an exciting season to be involved with the club and we hope their new signings will secure success for the team this season.’

Meanwhile, LG Electronics has signed a one-year marketing rights deal with Swansea AFC and will be granted ‘exclusive marketing rights to the Premier League club’s electronic and mobile phone strategy’, according to the official press release.

The LG logo will appear also on the club’s LED pitch side advertising hoarding during matches.

Swansea City’s vice-chairman Leigh Dineen added: ‘We are absolutely delighted and honoured to sign this commercial agreement with LG. They have an impressive profile around the globe where the name LG is synonymous with quality.’

‘We have already established an excellent working relationship with LG and I’m sure their expertise will also help provide Swansea City with the perfect platform to spread the Swans gospel throughout the ASEAN region.’

‘Swansea City has become a global brand over the last 24 months and this agreement will only help to boost the club’s current appeal.’

Swansea will be visited by Sunderland, who sit bottom of the table, this Saturday, while Norwich face a trip to the Emirates Stadium against league leaders, Arsenal.
